Our Service
Northampton Living offer modern, well maintained and stylish co-living properties for professionals. Our all-inclusive rents help to simplify your monthly budget and save you the hassle of bills each month. We provide our residents with a relaxing place they want to call home, not just a place to stay. Each room is fully furnished with contemporary furniture so you don’t have to go out and find all the essential furniture you wish was just included! The same goes for the rest of the house, so you can arrive with just a suitcase.
It’s also important you have a space to spend time with your flatmates so all of our properties have both a kitchen and a lounge. Our tenants are young and likeminded working professionals who are always excited to meet their new housemates!

There are numerous sport venues and teams, a variety of museums, plus historical sites across the county, together with a marina and waterside and acres of beautiful parks and green space to explore and enjoy.
Northampton is the perfect combination of bustling urban life and peaceful countryside. Nestled between Birmingham and London in the heart of England that are both only an hour away by train it is also very easy to get to other neighbouring cities such as Milton Keynes, Coventry and Rugby.
Primarily renowned as a centre for the manufacture of footwear this is a modern town with an ancient history. The massive cobbled Market Square, at its centre, has main streets radiating from it which recall the town’s medieval trades. Historically the town’s economy was based upon its shoe and leather manufacturing industries. Today the main industries include distribution and finance.
